The Paolo Tricot Maxi Draped Dress has a shirt collar with a 3 button tie up.  It is maxi length with 3/4 roll up sleeves.  It features an asymmetrical hemline with a long flap on one side and slight pick up on the other.  It has hidden side pockets and a loose fitting silhouette, making it flattering on many body types.
